Robot My Life operator in liquidation

Consumers who purchased products or services through Robot My Life should be aware that the company operating the business licence has entered liquidation and is no longer trading.

Ideate Consulting Pty Ltd, the entity that operated the licence for Robot My Life, is currently in liquidation and has ceased trading.

As a result, the company is no longer able to provide product repairs, maintenance, replacements, returns, refunds, or warranty services.

Consumers who believe they are owed money by the company may be able to lodge a claim with the liquidator.

Consumers who wish to make a claim in the liquidation may lodge a Proof of Debt with the liquidator by completing and submitting the attached form to robotmylife@beaconadvisory.com.au together with any supporting documentation.

Please note that lodging a claim does not guarantee a return of the amount of your claim. Any return to creditors will depend on the outcome of the liquidation and the availability of funds for distribution.
