If you have a dispute with a business about buying goods and services worth more than $75, NT Consumer Affairs (NTCA) may be able to help you resolve it. This process is called conciliation.
Conciliation is a voluntary process. A fair trading officer works with you and the business to try to reach a solution that both sides can accept.
NTCA cannot force a business to take part or make them take a particular action.
Before you submit an application, read the information on the dispute resolution page.
If you’ve already spoken with a fair trading officer and they confirm they can help, you can then submit a conciliation request to NTCA.
